It is capable of binding large volumes of nitrogen and is therefore a very good forecrop. The offshoot ability is good, can be mowed 4 times a year. It can be cultivated for up to 4 years with three mowing per year.

It can be fed green for a long time without the quality and digestibility drastically decreasing, as well as the cellulose and lignin content (savdetergens fiber,ADF) can be increased. It is a valuable nitrogen-harvesting plant, an excellent forecrop. It can not be grown for 4 years after itself and other red clover variety.

Recommended seed quantity: 20-25 kg/ha

As a green manure on newly reclaimed or worn out soils, it is a boon to farmers.

Recommended seed quantity: 10-15 kg/ha

Recommended sowing time: middle of March until April or August
